R12:AGIS Error Status For Transactions Submitted From Intercompany Import Program

When attempting to process an Inbound Intercompany transaction, the following message appears when querying the Batch #:
      No results found

Querying the Outbound batch shows a Status of  "Submitted".

The Workflow Status Monitor shows:
Worflow Errors: FUNRTVAL,88072_84530_AAB83C36ABEDD6F2E040558C9A267568
Failed Activity: Get Attributes
Activity Type: function
Error Name: 100
Error Message: ORA-01403: no data found  ORA-01403: no data found
