Symptoms
When attempting to delete a person,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-PAY-06324: You cannot delete people who have changed their 'person' type
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter & Maintain -> Query the person
2. Press Delete and save
