Symptoms

Attempting to print an invoice in iReceivables and receive the following error:

You cannot preview this external template because a template file does not exist for the current session language

Responsibility:  iReceivables Account Management
Navigation:  My Account > Query for transactions > Select an invoice to print > Click on Print button > Error Occurs
