IGIRRMSC Customer Bill To Address LOV Is Not Restricted By Organization

When querying standing charges on the maintain standing charge form, when select the LOV for customer bill to address, multiple records are returned that appear to be duplicated, but are in fact for different organisations.
The LOV should only return customer addresses for the specific org_id they are logged in to, based on their responsibility.
