Internal Sales Order Gets Created In "Booked" Status (Doc ID 1357172.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Transaction Entry

When creating internal sales order from internal requisition the order is created in "Booked" status.  Need the ability to create internal sales order in "Entered" status in order to modify the order.

All other order type orders such as "Regular Customer Order" etc. are being created in "Entered" status from CRM tool.

What setup is required to import internal sales orders in "Entered" status?
