On : 12.1.2 version,
When attempting to apply Prepayment
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-SQLAP-97088: You cannot apply the prepayment to this invoice because the prepayment application GL Date entered is before the GL Date used on the prepayment or invoice distributions. Please enter a GL Date that is after or equal to the latest GL Date used on the prepayment and invoice distributions.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create Invoice with GL Date 31-DEC-2010 (Example)
2. Apply Prepayment of GL Date 31-DEC-2010 on 31-DEC-2010.
