Symptoms
When attempting to save a debrief line in the Debrief Form, an error pops up but there is no message in the popup. When doing a debrief from HTML / OAF, it works fine.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter and SR and Task - assign the task.
2. Click on the debrief button.
3. Enter a labor line and save.
4. An empty error popup is displayed.
