Attachements Are Not Deleted From the Database Although They Are Deleted From the Application (Doc ID 1357662.1)

Symptoms

A normal attachment has a row in FND_LOB table and a corresponding rows in FND_DOCUMENTS & FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS.

There are some cases when canceling a service request creation process when an attachment has been done, leaves an orphan€ row in FND_LOB table with no corresponding rows in FND_DOCUMENTS & FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS.


Steps to Reproduce

1) Open new service request with attachment and cancel.
2) Add attachment to an old SR -> click remove
3) Add attachment to an old SR -> click cancel
