Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Service Contract Autonumbering is not working as expected for different operating units.
Setup is done for two operating units, but both operating units are using the same numbering sequence.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to have different numbering sequences for contracts from different operating units.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the Service Contracts Manager responsibility, setup two different sequences for contract autonumbering for two different OU's.
Navigation: Setup > Service Contracts > Autonumbering
2. On the Autonumbering form,  select the "OU" checkbox (if it is not already checked).
3. Enter the "Operating Unit" and "From" values (at a minimum).
4. Create a service contract for both operating units and verify the service contract numbers generated.
