Quick Order Organizer
On : 12.1.2 version, Transaction Inquiry & Status
Customer is experiencing the same issues after putting a custom index on table OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL on column ordered_date as per the <Bug 11897250> - QUICK ORDER ORGANIZER PERFORMANCE ISSUES.
It was working fine, but now users are experiencing the query taking over 15 minutes with the below example of parameters.
Schedule Ship Date To/From
This is a huge impact. Users need to be able to use the order organizer to query orders for a day or using a date range
Expect performance to be less than 5 seconds.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders,Returns>Quick Sales Order Organizer
3. Once the orders are shown in the Organizer click on the 'Lines' tab
Users experience a huge lag when switching between Summary and Lines tab on the Quick Order Organizer
