Symptoms
In R12, while creating an expense report, when the Expense Type: Air Travel (Category: Miscellaneous) been selected. Then, when "next' button is clicked it gives the error:
Line 1 Error - Class of Ticket: Please enter a value in this field. And, when details are being navigated there is no field where class of ticket can be entered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to expense report entry
2. get error
