Symptoms

Using Purchasing, when executing the PO Output for Communication the buyer's phone number is not found on the PDF output.

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. PO Output for Communication
3. Review the pdf and the buyer's phone number is not present.
