ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Line supplements are duplicated on the print quote.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should appear only once.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Quoting user resp
2. Navigate to the quote, Create Quote
3. Add a product to this quote
4. Enter the Supplement details for both header and line level
5. Apply and Save the quote
6. From the Actions drop down select "Print Quote"
7. Select the template as "Default Print Quote" from the template drop down
8. Select "Show Header Supplement and Show Line Supplement" and click on "Submit"
