Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In 11.5.10:

In the Sales Orders form, Price Calculation and pricing quantity are incorrect for the service line:
Example:
1) I have service Line. List price of the Line - 142 $, uom- YR in the Price List.
I create an order with this item, uom-YR, service Duration- 5 YR. The List Price for this service LIne should become $710. ( 142 * 5 ).
The pricing quantity must be 5.This happens fine when the calcualte Price flag - Y.
But for this service Line, once the parent Line is partially shipped, the price of the service Line becomes incorrect.
calculate price flag- partial price
list price - $142
uom- YR
Service duration- 5 YR
pricing quantity - 1

Now when the partial shipment happens, the pricing quantity does not change to 5 and the price for the service line becomes $142 which is incorrect.

EXPECT THAT...
---------------------------
the unit selling price for the service line to be 490 , qty- 4,service duration- 5YR, list price - 710.
