Customer Support Specialist: Export Report For Service Request Gives Error JBO-27122 (Doc ID 1359792.1)

Symptoms

On release 12.1.2:

When trying to export the report for a Service Request, generated on the Customer Support Specialist html interface, the following error occurs:

Error

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

Error stack:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a service request from the Agent Dashboard.
2. Select Generate Report in the pop list of Actions, then hit Go button.
3. Use Run button
4. Report is generated
5. Use Export button.
6. Error is received.
