Error Code: CSI_API_NOT_SER_CONTROLLED
Error Text: The Item is not Serial Controlled. You are trying to provide a Serial Number (&SERIAL_NUMBER) for a Non-Serialized Instance.



Items being returned on an RMA have had their serial control code changed from serialized to non-serialized leading to the error

Software Requirements/Prerequisites

SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, TOAD
Configuring the Script
Run the script logged on as APPS user

Running the Script
1. Run the script logged on as APPS user
2. When the script completes run the 'Resubmit Interface Process' concurrent program from the Installed Base Admin responsibility with parameter value 'All'
