On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to open SR form, the following error occurs:

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration
Please look into the web-server log for details.

Java Exception: <3> aborted unable to communicate with runtime process. Source)..

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Field Service Manager >Field Service Representative>My Service Requests>Create Service Requests
