Issue While Updating Notes From Log And Notes Window In Service Request Form (Doc ID 1360267.1)

Symptoms

For an existing Service Request, after saving a note in the Log and Notes form, the focus moves to the Tasks Tab and a FRM-40202 error appears in the status bar.
The User is unable to move out of the Tasks Tab unless they close the Log and Notes form.

Changes

Upgrade to 12.1.3 from 12.0.x or 11i.
