Item Copy Not Copying Information to Newly Created Item

Symptoms
When attempting to copy an item, no attributes from that item are copied to the new item.
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Created Item by inputting the following:
Item Name: Item_123
Description: Item_123
Commodity ID: COMMODITY
Created new Packaged Item for this Item
2. Click Finished
3. Then selected Actions > Copy Item
Nothing is showing up or displaying, other than the domain after copying the item.
