Validate AAD

Symptoms

Property Manager Application Accounting Definition (AAD) is not able to be accessed in the system.
Using the "Property Manager Super User" responsibility you can see the top level SLAM showing the AAD but drilling into the AAD form is not producing any data.

As a result the Create Accounting process cannot be ran.

AAD Form:
Setup > Subledger Accounting Setup > Accounting Methods Builder > Methods and Definitions > Application Accounting Definitions
Query on Definition Code = PN_LEASE_ACCOUNTING

FRM-40350: Query Caused no records to be retrieved.

Process was ran:
XLAALIMP module: Import Application Accounting Definitions using the source PNXLAAAD.ldt file.
This completes with status: SUCCESS

Yet the Application Accounting Definition Validation Report shows:

Application Application Accounting Definition Owner Event Class Status
---------------------------- ---------------------------------------- --------- -------------------- -----------------
Property Manager Property Manager Normalized Accounting Oracle Lease Expense Not Validated
Property Manager Property Manager Normalized Accounting Oracle Lease Revenue Not Validated

The Validate Application Accounting Definition program has been run yet the system still shows the AAD as Not Validated and it cannot be queried in the forms.
