Intermittently, the Purchase Order Acceptance Form (POXPOEAC) will hang, causing a lock. A user will make a change to a Purchase Order (PO) such as changing the price, save it and then submit it for approval. After the PO is approved, the user will again query the PO and navigate to Tools > Acceptances. The user populates the Acceptances form and clicks OK. The application hangs. The user has to abort the session (ctrl-alt-delete), causing a lock.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the Purchasing responsibility, query an approved PO
2. Modify the price.
3. Save the PO and submit it for approval.
4. After the PO is approved, re-query the PO.
5. Nav: Tools > Acceptances
6. Populate the Acceptances form and click OK.
7. The application hangs.
