Unable to create accounting for asset Group Reclass, event status is incomplete.

Setup Details:
CALCULATE tracking method with member_rollup_flag=N and depreciation_option='MEMBER' is used.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. FA->Assets->Asset Workbench, assign asset to group assets.
2. Remove Member asset assignment from Group via Mass Change event. Mass transactions completed without error.
3.  The ADJUSTMENTS transactions' EVENT STATUS of previous member assets were all displayed as NOT COMPLETED and unable to create account.
4.  Events show in Subledger Period Close Exception report.
