Symptoms

When attempting to create Expense Report for employees that have been changed to contingent workers, selecting the Next button on the General Information page causes the following error:

ERROR

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: peerException list should only contain OAException elements


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Internet Expenses Responsibility
2. Create expense report
3. Enter details in General information page
3. Click Next above error occurs.
