FSTP>Find Parts Requirement: Deleting A Part Requirement Line That Is Fully Received Does Not Update The Inventory (Doc ID 1361409.1)

Symptoms

In Spares Logistics: when using the 'Find Parts Requirement' page from the FSTP, if there is a parts requirement which has been fully received, it is possible to delete the requirement line from this screen. Although this has no impact (does not update) the Inventory details it gives a false impression to the user of the FSTP screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the Field Service Technician Portal
2. Open the Search Parts Requirements screen
3. Search by Resource Name
4. Navigate to a requirement which has an order status of 'Closed'
5. Click on the Requirement Number
6. Select the required item
7. Select the 'Delete' icon

Due to this issue, users cannot be certain if the deletion will cancel the ordered line.
