Symptoms
On Test: 12.0.6 version, FORMS User Interface
When attempting to save quote header after selecting a shipping method,
the following error occurs.

APP-236066 The columns ship_method has an invalid value <SHIPPING_METHOD_NAME>
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Entered the quote header information using forms UI.
2. In the "Payment/Shipping" tab entered into the field "Shipping Method"
3. Selected one of the shipping method from LOV.
4. When saving the header,error message comes and header save will faill.
