Adding Extended Warranty To Quote Gives Error Message "Profile Not Set" (Doc ID 1361725.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, HTML User Interface

When attempting to add Extended Warranty to Quote
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Profile not set"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Sales User€™ responsibility.

2. Click on €˜Quote€™ shortcut link

3. Click on existing quote and click on add products

4. Query exiting extended warranty (service program), select the line and click 'Select' button.

5. Error message is displayed on the top of the page.
