====Issue Clarification====

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Fulfillment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When releasing an Invoicing Hold on a professional services order, the user gets the message that
the hold released successfully but the holds tab does not show that the order has been released.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to release the hold on the SR.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM--> Responsibility
2. order organizer --> query order #81010921
3. HEADER – Additional Information & LINE - Additional Information – Line 5.1, 6.1 & 7.1 on Holds

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot release the hold and progress the order.
