Symptoms
When using Web ADI to upload large sets of documents concurrently, it is possible to cause database locks on the table BNE_DOC_ACTIONS. These blocking locks will cause the user's browser session to hang and uploads to stall.
Changes
Upgraded to R12.1.x. Problem does not occur in 11i.
