Reconciliation and Clearing
When attempting to 'unreconcile' a transaction in cash management, getting APP-XLA 95103

ERROR
APP-XLA 95103 An internal error occurred. Please inform your System Administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla-events-pkg.update_event. Unable to perform UPDATE on the event. The event  is either invalid or has been final accounted.

An error occurred in the internal program xla_events_pks.validate status code Event status code has an invalid value. It cannot have a Processed Value.
