Part Requirements Form: Order Type Changes When Order Is Created (Doc ID 1362934.1)

Order Type is changed to the Internal Order Type specified at the Purchasing Options while creating Internal Order from the Parts Requirement screen.
The expectation is that the order type should not change automatically.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Part requirements
2. Import requisition
3. Import order - order gets created with a different order type than on part requirement (same as one on purchasing options)
