 1. Verify Code Version
 2. While entering account assignments in a row set or column set, the following errors are displayed:
   APP-00684: Flexfield routine fdfrks cannot find flexfield description for application 101 and code
   APP-00864: FDFBKF cannot find flexfield data
   APP-00730: This flexfield has an invalid value set.
 3. The FSG Column Set Detail Listing Report log file shows the following errors:
   APP-00988: Oracle Error 06502
 4. FSG log file contains the following errors:
   APP-01294: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from routine FDUPRN.
   APP-00965: Cannot read file
 5. How is the profile option, 'FSG:Expand Parent Value' used?
 6. How to troubleshoot FSG performance problems ?
 7. In Release 11.0, data is not appearing on the FSG report for the YTD amount type.
 8. You are trying to produce an FSG report that will not display (hide) certain Row and Column intersections.
 9. SIGNAL 10/11 error message when running the FSG:
 10. Not getting the expected results when I using the 'E' Display Type on my account assignments in the row set (or RE, RB or PE in a content set).
 11. An FSG report is showing the Variance % with the wrong sign, i.e., positive instead of negative.
 12. 'Stack Underflow' is printed on FSG report output file.
 13. The positive and negative amounts do not align in the columns.
 14. In Release 11i, the underline/separator characters (underlines, underscores, dashes, total/sub-total lines) are not lined up properly under the columns.
 15. The Underline Character (defined in the row set) will not display on the report if there is no data in the row or column.
 16. The Override Value field is greyed out, or you receive errors when clicking on the Override Value button on Define Columns Set form.
 17. You receive the error
   'FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change', when trying to delete or modify an FSG report or component.
 18. In a Japanese environment, which uses a double-byte character set, FSG columns are not aligned properly, or the report may end with a Signal 11 error.
 19. There are no amounts in one of the columns of the FSG.
 20. The amounts on the FSG are not correct, or the amounts for some child values are not on the report.
 21. You are trying to create a column set with more than 20 columns using the Column Set Builder, and receive the error message:
   Error: APP-RG-09517 You have reached the maximum of 20 columns in the column set builder. You cannot add more columns using the column set builder.
 22. The columns in an FSG are not aligned properly.
 23. You receive an error message "This row set already exists. Please use another name." when trying to create a new FSG component (Row Set, Column Set, etc.)
 24. When changing values in a column through the Column Set Builder window the following error occurs:
   FRM-40654 Record has been updated. Requery block to see changes.
 25. After the upgrade to 11i, the title of an FSG is not centered.
 26. An FSG contains both summary and non-summary accounts in the row set.
 27. When using the seeded Amount types 'PTD-Variance %' and 'YTD-Variance %' in a column set in an FSG, some rows are calculated incorrectly.
 28. Signal 11 is received when using YATD amount type in R12.1.
 29.  When trying to delete an FSG Row Set (or Column Set), error is received:
   "You cannot delete a row set that is used in a report, display group, or display set."
 30.  FSG XML output in 11.5 has question marks (?) where rows are defined to be skipped (blank), dashes, or double dashes.
