Extra DCOGS Distribution Lines are Generated with Base_Transaction_Value = 0 (Doc ID 1363646.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch 10627578:R12.BOM.C to resolve the zero quantity COGS recognition in the SLA process, now an extra 4 rows of DCOGS distributions with Base_Transaction_Value = 0 are
being created in the MTA for every RMA receipt transaction.

Example: RMA receipt transactions generate the following distributions in the MTA:
