Symptoms
After creating a new organization and a new version of our organization hierarchy.
employees in the new organization cannot enter Timecards anymore.
When attempting to create a timecard, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

A new version of the Organization Hierarchy has been defined and assigned to users.
