Symptoms

Two order releases with different Bill To involved parties are planned individually onto separate shipments. The involved parties are on the respective shipments as expected.
Then those two shipments are merged.

* instead of adding both Bill To involved parties to the resulting shipment, only the one from the 'merge to' shipment remains.


Then the merged shipment is split by Order Release.

* both resulting shipments have the Bill To involved party from the formerly merges shipment, instead of reverting to the Bill To involved party from the respective Order Release.
