Sales Calender is Not Showing Appointments synchronized via MS Outlook (Doc ID 1364078.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, With MS Outlook.  When synchronization is performed from Outlook to Oracle Sales, the synchronization completes successfully,but the appointments are not available on the Sales Calendar page.

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. login to applications
2. go to Sales
3. download outlook client
4. go to outlook
5. create appointment
6. perform synchronization
7. check back the Sales > Calendar page
the synchronized appointment is not shown
