Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Release
Pick Selection List Generation program is completing with Warning for Sales Orders with non-reservable (non-transactable) items
Log file shows the following error:
Pick Release process could not allocate 1 of item XXX for order XXX as there was insufficient quantity available Or Inventory allocations have failed, and the line has been back ordered.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Concurrent from Release Sales Orders for Picking form
2. Enter SO # XXX
3. Enter Warehouse as XXX
4. Click on Concurrent button
5. Pick Selection List Generation program completes with warning.
