On Applications 12.1.3 R12.HR_PF.B.delta.3 (PER installed PAY Shared) running PL HR legislation

When in Employee Payment Method Screen, and clicking in Bank Details Field  the following error occurs

APP-PAY-513566 Timeout while writing to dbms_pipe, you must run monitor the trace pipe using PYUPIP if trace is enabled



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

  1. Navigate People->Enter and Maintain->
  2. Select any Employee from the Employees list and click Find.
  3. Then Assignment Button->Others Button->Pay Method.
  4. Choose Name (Payment Methods)
  5. Then Priority (e.g. 1)
  6. Then Percentage (e.g. 100)
  7. Click on Bank Details Field.
