How to Run Script wfmlrdbg.sql and Collect its Output?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Very often in Workflow service requests, one will be requested to run script wfmlrdbg.sql, as this script allows:
- To collect much information about a given notification,
- To review the setup of the Workflow Notification Mailer.
This note explains how to run that script and collect the output.
