Several symptoms might be found:

1.- Error generated in the Material Transaction Cost Worker Log File:

                   ORA-01722: invalid number ORA-06512: at line 1

                   error in obtaining the transfer price

                   calling QP API...
                   returned from QP API...
                   QP API returnStatus=E
                   Error in obtaining the transfer price
                   Error in obtaining the transfer price
                   Failing Transaction ID is 000000000
                   DS - Exit while loop.

                   badsql:Final_Acct( 45 ): ORA-01722: invalid number ORA-06512: at line 1

2.- After creating an Internal Requisition Transaction, the resulting internal sales order is then picked and ship confirmed. Material Cost Transaction Worker finishes in error:

                   get_transfer_price( 90 ): ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
                   ORA-06512: at "APP

3.- Error generated in the Layer Cost Worker Log File:

                   The transfer pricing option = 2
                   In function get_transfer_price()
                   The price list ID = 7446
                   The sending txn = 4612990.000000
                   /software/oraapps/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/bom/12.0.0/bin/CMCLCW
                   Program was terminated by signal 11
