Accrual Reconciliation Load Run Fails With Exceptions ORA-01422, ORA-01001 (Doc ID 1364787.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Accrual Accounting

When attempting to run the 'Accrual Reconciliation Load Run' for the first time (after upgrading from Release 11.5.10.2 to Release 12.1.3), it takes 14 hours, and DBA has to bounce the system, then
the following error occurs after user tried to resubmit the job again.

ERROR

EXCEPTION OTHERS in Load_ap_po_data 40 ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
EXCEPTION OTHERS in accrual_load ORA-01001: invalid cursor
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CST_ACCRUAL_LOAD", line 4107
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

DBA applied <patch.12984761>:R12.BOM.C ACCRUAL RECONCILIATION LOAD RUN REPORT TAKING MORE TIME and validated the file versions
bom patch/115/sql CSTACCLB.pls 120.27.12010000.32
bom patch/115/sql CSTACCLS.pls 120.0.12010000.2

now they are getting the following error

1.AP Corporate Manager (Payables application) > Run "Accrual Reconciliation Load Run"
