Symptoms
When running Create Accounting - Cost Management process, the following error is generated at the Subledger Accounting Program Report:

95277 The subledger journal entry does not balance by balancing segment and there is no Intracompany Balancing Rule defined for the ledger XXXXXXYYYYYY, source Cost Management and journal category Inventory. The ledger option Intracompany Balancing is enabled, but no balancing rules are defined for the ledger. Please update the journal entry setups for the application accounting definition so that the journal entry balances by balancing segment, or define a cross-entity balancing rule for the ledger.
Steps to Reproduce
------------------------
1. Connect to Cost Management - SLA Responsibility.
2. Go to Request>Submit Request>Run Create Accounting - Cost Management Process.
3. Error is generated at the Subledger Accounting Program Report.
