Information in this document applies to any platform.
Intermittently, outbound emails lose their attachments files.
Expect that all emails are sent with their respective attachments file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Email Center Agent Console
Click on (B)Compose New Email.
Create an email and add an attachment to the email and send.
