Outbound Emails From Email Center Are Intermittently Missing Attachments (Doc ID 1365025.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently, outbound emails lose their attachments files.

Expected  Behavior

Expect that all emails are sent with their respective attachments file.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Email Center Agent Console

Click on (B)Compose New Email.

Create an email and add an attachment to the email and send.
