Symptoms
Standard WHO columns LAST_UPDATED_BY and LAST_UPDATED_DATE in Hz_Customer_Profiles are not updated when Apply Hold on the customer bill to/ Account in Collection workbench.
Steps to Reproduce: Responsibility: Receivables Navigation: Collections > Customer Accounts Query a customer Tools > Apply Credit Hold Check record in HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES
