Symptoms

 Unable to make PAN Number entry for a re-joined  / re-hired employees.



Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Employee Creation with PAN number
  2. Employee Separation (Termination)
  3. Recruit the same candidate with different employee number
  4. Assign the same PAN number for newly created employee
