'APP-PER-376200: PAN already exists' PAN Entry Error for Re-Hired Employees (Doc ID 1365079.1)

While entering PAN for a re-joined / re-hired employees getting below error

ERROR :

APP-PER-376200: PAN already exists. Enter a unique number.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to HRMS Manager > Enter and Maintain >Employee Creation with PAN number
Employee Separation (Termination)
Recruit the same candidate with different employee number
Assign the same PAN number for newly created employee
