How to Find the Code Used by a User Hook (Doc ID 1365984.1)

Goal

When a User Hook raises an error you may have the user hook name but not the name of the package and procedure being run by the hook.

The error may be

APP-PER-51938: The system cannot find the program unit being called. This
could be because the application API pre-processor has not been run. Contact
your system administrator quoting the following details: Error ORA-6508 in
API module update_org_information at hook Before Process.
