On OTM version 6.2.2 installed on Windows the following arises:
Please note this is for clients using European settings for ',' and '.'
When trying to edit the planning parameter set and clicking finish, an ORA-06512 error about numeric being incorrect is displayed.
The numeric fields are correct but it seems that OTM is having issue with the decimal separator which is a coma "," instead of a dot "." on that instance.
The windows server regional settings are set to Spanish format (Numbers => 123.456.789,00).
In the database the decimal separator is a dot. Everything seems to work fine in the database.
The user can update / create planning parameters directly in the database.
Also in the log it's showing a dot for those number fields e.g. PROCUREMENT SOLVER PERCENT OPTIMAL = 0.00
However in the UI, it's showing 0,00
If the user changes it to 0.00 in the UI then there is no error on that parameter.
