DATAFIX: Duplicate Country And Country Codes Exist in Regions and Zones Form (Doc ID 1366451.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicate country codes and regions exist in the WSH_REGIONS_TL table.  When a different region was defined and Import Shipping Locations was ran, the country codes were updated resulting in another record for the same country with a different country code.

For example, in the Regions and Zones form on the Regions Tab it shows two records for Lithuania.

1st record: Lithuania with country code = LX
2nd record: Lithuania with country code = LT


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that there would only be one record with one country code per each country defined.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Shipping
3) Setup
4) Define Regions and Zones
5) Regions and Zones
6) Regions Tab
7) Enter Record and Save
8) Interfaces
9) Run
10) Import Shipping Locations
