Costing Error In MMT COST_TRX( 288 ): ORA-01405: Fetched Column Value Is Null (Doc ID 1367071.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Costing Transaction Errors

When attempting to process some PO receipts we are getting the following error. However this does not happen for all PO'S?

ERROR

Cost_Trx( 288 ): ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL resides in the table however the logfile shows
jmf.plsql.JMF_SHIKYU_GRP.Get_Shikyu_Variance_Account.no_data_found
No relationship exists for the OEM Organization and Manufacturing Organization of the Subcontracting PO
Flow schedule flag = 0
Failed costing at ID = txn_id

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive a Purchase Order.
2. Run Cost Manager process and the Error is generated.
