Requisitions Having AUTHORIZATION_STATUS=SYSTEM_SAVED In PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL Table (Doc ID 136713.1)

Symptoms

Administrator notices that table PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL contains requisitions with AUTHORIZATION_STATUS = SYSTEM_SAVED.  
Where did these requisitions originate from?  They cannot be viewed within Core Purchasing Apps or within iProcurement responsibility.
