Information in this document applies to any platform.
When the item is shipped, Install Base does not show the latest order information on which the item is shipped. Parent instance record is showing the correct order number.
The issue is happening in the case of child instances only.
The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Create an Internal Order and issue the same to create a record in install base with internal order number.
2. The same serial number is shipped to customer with another order.
3. Install Base does not show the latest order information on the serial number
